Testing Guidelines

Texas Elite Figure Skating Club Test Session Rules Effective January 1, 2006  

The following rules and requirements shall be in force for any participant who tests on sessions sponsored by Texas Elite FSC.

  1. The application may be completed electronically but a hard copy complete with signatures is still required by the test committee.  The form may be completed online, but must be printed and mailed with appropriate fees.  Return the application with payment by mail to:

  1. All submitted applications should be completely filled out, including skater/guardian signature and coaches signature, and should be accompanied by the appropriate fees.
  2. There is a $25 late fee if postmarked after the deadline date.  All forms turned in after that time are considered LATE and the late fee should be included.  All test forms received after the deadline without the late fee will be returned to the address on the form.
  3. Non-members of Texas Elite FSC or Starz of Houston FSC are required to provide a letter in good standing from their home club with their application or a club official must sign the completed test form.
  4. REFUNDS:  No Refunds
  5. If a skater is taking a contingent test and fails the underlying test, the contingent test fee will be retained by the club.
  6. The schedule will be emailed to all skaters/coaches who provide an email address - Please print legibly. 
  7. Your signature on the front side of the application acknowledges your agreement and compliance with the above Rules.
