Ice Skate USA Figure Skating Club hosts multiple USFSA testing sessions throughout the year.   To sign up, complete the Testing Application (online version) or printable Testing Application and print out the completed application.  The application may be completed electronically but a hard copy complete with signatures and payment is still required by the test committee.  Return the application with payment by mail to:
